"Flow of electrons is called electricity" so why electrons move from the negative to positive side and flow of electricity from positive to negative side. Is this is a conviction or there is a logic behind it?

electrons move from negative to positive because the positive has less electrons than the negative terminal. So flow of electrons from higher concentration to lower concentration takes place.Earlier it was thought that electrons flow from positive to negative and we're formulated. So it is convenient to follow the same.
