Comparing this with Above Question . We get the Following Equation :-

Power =  \frac{1}{25} cm.s

= 0.04 cm.s

Focal length of a lens = 25 cm or 0.25 m

Power = 1/ Focal length

Power = 1 / 0.25

Power = + 4 D
