• Following are the statements given for the identifying the type of quadrilateral • All properties are related to diagonal only. • Students need to analyze which type of quadrilateral it can be. • Once you identify the quadrilateral, you have to construct the quadrilateral. • After constructing, you have to list down the dimensions and type of that quadrilateral • they have to highlight the properties of that particular quadrilateral Statements: • In ∎ABCD AC= 10 CM, BD=12 CM whereas AC & BD are bisecting each other at O. (for constructing take AB=8 CM) • IN ∎PQRS PR = QS = 7 CM , where as PR & QS are bisecting each other at T. (for constructing take PQ = 5 CM) • In ∎XYZW, XY & YZ are bisecting perpendicularly at point O XZ = 6 cm YW = 8 cm • In ∎LMNO, LN & MO are equal and they are bisecting each other perpendicularly at point Q LQ = MQ = 4 CM • In ∎EDGH ,Diagonal EG & DH are interesecting each other at point Q perpendicularly. EQ = QG = 4 cm,DQ = 2 QH = 4 • In ∎HIJK, HI ∥ JK , Diagonal HJ & Diagonal IK are equal (10 cm).JK = 13CM
