 Take one litre of milk and boil it until it is reduced to half

 Add two cups of sugar and boil it for five minutes.

 Mix two teaspoons of cornflour with a little cold milk and add to the boiling

milk.

 Keep stirring for some time.

 Then add four to five drops of vanilla essence

 Remove it from fire and cool.
