2. Solving problems of lower-level management.
- The Top-level management consists of CEOs and CFOs etc. In brief the policy and decision-makers of the company. It is the layer of management that decides the vision, future, and course of the company and implements strategies on how to achieve the aforementioned.
- Hence these are handed over to the Middle-level management who oversee the Lower-level or Line Managers or Operative Managers. They are the Project Leaders, General Managers, etc.
- Hence, the problems of the lower level of management are solved and overlooked by middle-level management. Under usual circumstances, these never reach the top-level management.
