2. Solving problems of lower-level management.

  1. The Top-level management consists of CEOs and CFOs etc. In brief the policy and decision-makers of the company. It is the layer of management that decides the vision, future, and course of the company and implements strategies on how to achieve the aforementioned.
  2. Hence these are handed over to the Middle-level management who oversee the Lower-level or Line Managers or Operative Managers. They are the Project Leaders, General Managers, etc.
  3. Hence, the problems of the lower level of management are solved and overlooked by middle-level management. Under usual circumstances, these never reach the top-level management.
