To Find :  given numbers can be perfect square or not

Solution:

10²  =100

1² = 1

2² = 4

3² = 9

4² = 16

5² = 25

6² = 36

7² = 49

8² = 64

9²  81

Square of any number ends with 00 , 1 , 4  , 5 , 6  or 9 only

3727  and 8178 does not have unit digit as  0 , 1 , 4  , 5 , 6  or 9

Hence given numbers can not be a perfect square
