There are total 4 different routes from P to Q

if we notice upper triangle

then there are two Ways  to  Reach at bottom vertex of triangle

1.  - Down ward

2 - going left & then Down Ward

=> 2 Ways

Now From this point two arrows are inward ( so not counted)

2 arrows are out ward => 2 Ways

then the point where these two arrows reaches  there is only one outward to reach Q  => 1 Ways

Hence total number of Ways  = 2 * 2 *1 = 4
