first.
27×5/18=7.5mps
total distance= lenght of train+lenght of bridge
= 180+ x
speed =  \frac{dis}{time}
7.5= 180+x/50
375=180+x
375-180=x
195m=length of bridge

Answer:

The length of the bridge is 195m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that the speed of train=27km/h

Converting it into m/s we get speed

 = 27 \times  \frac{5}{18} m/s = 7.5m/s

Time taken is given as 50 seconds.

Also given that length of train=180m

Let the length of bridge be 'x' m

Total distance covered is

(180 + x)m

We know that,

Distance= Speed x Time

180 + x = 7.5 \times 50 = 375 \\  =  > x = 195m

Therefore,the length of the bridge is 195m
