Explanation:

the duct of liver and pancreas are opened to the duodenum of small intestine. liver is present just below the stomach its secretsbile juice which is stored in the gallbladder which is present in the bottom of the liver. the wild secreted by the liver helps in emulsification of fat and make the acidic food coming from the stomach alkaline due to which the acid present in the food will not destroy the the small intestine and other enzymes will work perfectly.

just below the liver pancreas are present pancreas is also known as mixed gland because it secretes hormones as well as digestive juice or enzymes . pancreas pancreas secrete pancreatic juice which contains the following enzyme::

trypsin: it helps in the digestion of proteins or it converts the proteins into peptones and peptides.

amylase: it converts the starch into maltose or helps in the digestion of starch.

lipase: it converts the remaining fats into fatty acids and glycerol.

so this prove that even though the food does not go inside the liver and pancreas it plays an important role in digestion of food.

Answer:

hey!!

Explanation:

Liver:- Functions of the liver. The liver regulates most chemical levels in the blood and excretes a product called bile. This helps carry away waste products from the liver. All the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver

Pancreas:- During digestion, your pancreas makes pancreatic juices called enzymes. These enzymes break down sugars, fats, and starches. Your pancreas also helps your digestive system by making hormones. These are chemical messengers that travel through your blood.
