Food gets partially digested in the stomach. Food gets completely digested in the small intestine. This is in the case of homosapiens.
But for ruminants, it's not very different, ruminants have 2 steps for digestion.
The chewed food ( cud) is first sent to the rumen, then to reticulum from where the cud is sent back to the mouth. Here it is partially digested. Then it is sent form the mouth to the abomasm where it is finally digested.
Doesn't that make homosapiens similar to ruminants since they both have a 2 step digestion?

Answer:

answer is as follows

Explanation:

although although both homosapiens and ruminants have two step digestion but in ruminants they have a more simpler digestion system than the homosapiens because they only eat veg things such as grass whereas homosapiens eat both veg as well as non veg things hence they have a little complex digestion system then ruminants.
