Explanation:

Food can be difficult to find. We should search for trees with edible fruit, leaves and we can hunt for small mammels and if lucky Osterich or Gazeele which we can cook over fire.

Breakfast: Ostrich eggs and Fruits including Dates, Figs, and Palm, Cactus.

Lunch and Dinner: Gazelle, Ostrich, or Rabbit meat that was hunted and cooked with Thyme

For our "emergency" item, we will be bring an protein bar in case we are not able to hunt any animals for protein. The bar will give us some strength.
