as we all know that we can not survive without food. saheb's family lives in seemapuri. this is the dirty colony on the periphery of Delhi. about 10000 ragpickers live there in a miserable conditions. the colony has no sign of development. they have no identity or permits. but they have ration cards that enable them to buy grain or to cast votes. but for the existence they have to picks the rags from garbage dumps. and garbage for them is gold. for survival they need food. for them identity does not matter. that's why food is more important for their survival than an identity for the ragpickers

We all know that the importance of food in our life. Without food we cannot survive . The ragpickers lives in a seemapuri village who was lying between the border of Delhi and Up . They lived here past thirty years without any identity card but they all of us have ration card and their names in voting list which helps to acquiring grains at subsidy rate. So,we can say that food is more important than identity.
