Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates and other vitamins. So, for carbohydrate supply, potatoes should be included in diet. Citrus fruits can be also be added. Egg, gram, milk, green leafy vegetables like spinach, coriander, mint etc. can be included for other nutrients.
