Food stagnation in India is due to some of reasons due to climatic conditions of  our country.The climate in our India is varied from other countries.Our food production is very appreciable when compared to other countries.The main reasons are about food is being used to be stagnated in large sheds,because this food is used in other purpose,and for other uses.
