it is said that it is 2×3 matrix

therefore,

A = a11 a12 a13

a21 a22 a23

given condition : aij = (i+j)*2/32

so substitute all the values...

a11 = (1+1)*2/32 = 4/32 = 1/8

a12 = (1+2)*2/32 = 6/32 = 3/16

a13 = (1+3)*2/32 = 8/32 = 1/4

like that you do ... and place then in order ..

you will get the answer
