HELLO DEAR,

GIVEN:- a = 3 , b = 4

now, ( 1 ). we have to prove (a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²

now, put the value of a & b in given equation

therefore, (3 + 4)² = 7² = 49

3² + 2*3*4 + 4² = 9 + 24 + 16 = 49

hence, (a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²

( 2 ). we have to prove (a² - b²) = (a - b)(a + b)

similarly, put the values of a & b in given equation

therefore, (3² - 4²) = 9 - 16 = -7

(3 - 4)(3 + 4) = -7

hence, (a² - b²) = (a - b)(a + b)

I HOPE IT'S HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS
