Ratio of specific heat , you mean to say ratio of molar specific heat at constant pressure to constant volume .
e.g., \bold{\frac{C_p}{C_v}}=\bold{\gamma}=\bold{\frac{3}{2}}
you know,
\bold{C_p=\frac{\gamma R}{\gamma-1}}
And , \bold{C_v=\frac{R}{\gamma-1}}
so, Cp = (3/2)R/(3/2-1) = 3R
Cv = R/(3/2-1) = 2R

Hence , option (3) is correct .
