Answer:

mass of oxygen = 51 kg required for complete combustion of 10 kg propane.

Mo=51 kg Mp=10 kg

Mo of 51 kg combuste = 10 kg of Mp

51/10=10/10

Mo of 5.1 kg combuste = 1 kg of Mp

So,

For 3 kg of Mp how much mass required of oxygen

Mo of 3(5.1) kg combuste = 3(1) kg of Mp

Mo of 15.3 kg combuste = 3 kg of Mp

15.3 kg of oxygen is required for complete combustion of 3 kg of propane
