for a gas where volume and pressure are 1dm^3 and 2 atm.what should be its new volume when pressure is increased to 6 atm at constant temperature

Here,
we have to use Boyle's law

{P_1}{V_1}={P_2}{V_2}

1L×2atm=6atm {V_2}

new \: volume = \frac{1}{3} litres
