i guess u know this formula and that for a reaction to b sponataneous gibbs free energy(dlG) must b -ve.So according to ur qstion since both delH and delS are +ve, so, TdelS must b always greater than delH so that value of gibbs free energy is always negative and hence spontaneous reaction.
