equation of force
vr*dm/dt -mg =ma
2000*dm/dt-1000*10=1000*4.9
2000*dm/dt=1000+4900
2000*dm/dt=14900
dm/dt= 7.45kg per sec

First of all, assume the mass of the rocket, the velocity of the rocket, linear momentum, mass of the rocket propellant, velocity of exhaust in the rocket and others.

ma = vr * m-mg, ma = 2000 *m - mg, 1000 + 4900 = 2000 * m, m = 7.45kg per second.
