It is equal to number of molecules taking part simultaneously in single step of reaction. It cannot be zero because, it would mean there is no reaction.

No, the molecularity can never be equal to zero or a fractional number. Molecularity is the number of molecules involved in each elementary reaction which may be different, the molecularity of each step may be different.
