NO it's not actually it is totally dependent on acceleration whether it is uniform or nonuniform

when the acceleration is uniform the the graph will be straight line as acceleration shows the slope of graph..

and when the acceleration is not uniform the graph will be parabolic as the slope is changing in every time interval
