Answer:as we know... we have to find solution for (3)*(2) and they both represent the value for y...

we have given formula here : {y} = 2y + (2y-1) + (2y-2) +.....+1.

lets first put the value of 3 and we have to go on with formula until it doesn't reach the value 1 as shown above (....+1)

so, for our first value y=3 it goes like this, y= 2(3) +(2(3)-1) + (2(3)-2)+ (2(3)-3) + (2(3)-4) + (2(3)-5)

= 6+5+4+3+2+1

y =21

now for our second value y=2, begins in similar fashion, y=(2)+ (2(2)-1) + (2(2)-2) + (2(2)-3)

=4+3+2+1

y= 10

now coming back to real question (3)*(2)

for y=3 value, we got 21, and for y=2, we got 10 which implies multiply these value which gives 210... that is the answer
