Answer:

Given: a=5

d=3

An=50

An=a+(n-1)d

50=5+(n-1)3

=45=(n-1)3

=n-1=15

n=16.

Sn=n/2(a+An)

=16/2(5+50)

Answer:

given \: a = 5 \\ d=  3 \\an  =  50 \\ an = a +n  - 1d \\ 50 = 5 +  n- 1 = 3 \\ 45 = n - 1 \times 3 \\ n - 1 = 15 \\  n= 16 \\  \\ now.. \\ sn  = n \div 2 a + an \\ 16  \div 2 \times 5 + 50 \\ 8 \times 55 \\  = 440
