order them:      10, 15, 15, 20 , 25 ,  x

the median is the average of 3rd and 4th items.  If  x = 20 then mode can be 20 or 15.  But median is the average of 15 and 20.

If x = 15, then  mode is 15 and also median is 15.

So then  mean = 16.66
