when we multiply any positive number with -1 , we will get the same number with negative sign and if negative then + sign with the same number

\huge\boxed{\fcolorbox{black}{pink}{Examples:}}

  • -1*-5=5

we got the positive number by multiplication of -1 with negative number (i.e : 5)

  • -1*5=-5

we got the negative number by multiplication of -1 with positive number (i.e : -5)
