Answer:

Rs 2100

Step-by-step explanation:

Economy pack has 4 rasgulla and 1 cream roll costing ` 25/- per pack and premium pack had 10 rasgulla and 7 cream roll costing ` 75/- per packet.

He needs to buy a minimum of 300 pieces of rasgulla and 150 pieces of cream roll.

Let say He buys E Economy Packs & P  Premium Packs

Cost = 25E  + 75P  = 25(E + 3P)

Rasugullas = 4E + 10P

Cream rolls = E + 7P

4E + 10P ≥ 300

2E + 5P ≥ 150

E + 7P ≥ 150

E          P                Cost             Rasgullas          Cream roll

                            25(E + 3P)     4E + 10P            E + 7P

25        20                2125          300                   165

28        19                 2125          302                   161

30        18                2100           300                   156

33        17                2100            302                   152

38        16                2150            312                    150

45        15                2250           330                   150

Minimum expenditure to be done is Rs 2100

Either he can buy 30 Economy & 18 Premium packs

or 33 Economy & 17 Premium Packs
