And chemical fertilizer will be required  = 32 bags

Ratio of Organic fertilizer to Chemical fertilizer is 9:2

22 bags of mixed fertilizer are required per bigha of land.

∴ for use in 8 bigha of land, mixed fertilizer required = 22x8 bags = 176 bags.

We know that, if N strength is in the ratio of a:b

Then the first part = N x \frac{a}{a+b}

And the second part = N x \frac{b}{a+b}

∴ Organic fertilizer will be required = 176 x \frac{9}{9+2} = 16x9 bags = 144 bags

And chemical fertilizer will be required = 176 x \frac{2}{9+2} = 16x2 bags = 32 bags
