a.t.p.

45% of total bulbs is blue.

so,

45/100 x 200 = no. of lue bulbs

45 x 2 = blue bulbs

blue bulbs = 90

now similarly for red bulbs.

or

red bulbs = total bulbs - blue bulbs

red bulbs = 200 - 90

red bulbs = 110
