Solution:

Two digits numbers   formed using 3, 6, 9.  

repetition of digit is allowed

S  = { 33 , 36 , 39 , 63 , 66 , 69  , 93 , 96 , 99 }

n(S) = 9

A box contains cards, each bearing numbers from 15 to 28

S = { 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 }

n(S) = 14
