Hi there!
Here's the answer:

Finite verbs are of two types:
1. Transitive Verbs
2. Intransitive Verbs

• Verbs that need object is known as 'transitive verbs'
• Some transitive verbs need only one object after them. These are known as 'mono-transitive verbs'
• Some transitive verbs need two objects - Direct Object (D.O) and Indirect Object(I.O). Such transitive verbs are called 'ditransitive verbs'.
• Some transitive verbs need an object and complement after them. These are called 'Complex-transitive verbs'.
• Some transitive verbs can be used intransitively in a general case.
• Some transitive verbs can be both transitively and intransitively

From all the above,
1. Grow- intransitive
2. turned - transitive
3. hit - transitive
4. walked - transitive
5. was speaking- transitive
6. visited - transitive
