By elemination method

3x-2y=3 ) *2

2x+y=16 ) *3

6x-4y=6 (1)

6x+3y=48 (2)

subtract (1) from (2)

6x-4y=6

6x+3y=48

-7y = -42

y = -42/ -7

y = 6

put the value of x in (1 )

6x -4 *6 = 6

6x - 24= 6

6x = 6+ 24

6x= 30

x=30/6

x=5

x=5 y = 6
