Solution:- a=5,b=-1,c=5

we know that, or discriminant=b^2-4ac

:. =(-1)^2+4×5×5

:. =1+4×5_______explaination:-a×a=a

:. = 1+20

:. = 21

hence the value of discriminat for equation ax^2+bx+c=0 is 21.
