Normally rate is dependent on rate const as the rate law expression beautifully states

Rate = rate const(k) * (conc of reaction )^order

Or in another words rate is directly proportional to rate constant

And rate constant is determined by an equation called Arrhenius eqn which states

K=A*e^-(energy of activation /(R * T))

So if u increase temp the k will increase so if u do some math by taking log and eliminating A and calculating for 2 temp 10 deg apart full find approx double const and so will the rate be double.
