Earth has been manually divided into 360 degrees of imaginary lines ( longitude)..1 day is equivalent to the 360 degrees .

Therefore 360°= 24 hours now so 1hour=15° so obviously 60 min=15°

Therefore 1°= 4 min..These longitudes are the basis of world clock calculation.
