it is false because if any rational number added to one the value of X is not equal to the X in the answer
it is equal when a rational number is added with 0

False , For every rational number x , x+1 ≠ x . Ex : let the x be 1/2 , then x+1 = 1/2 +1 = 3/2  . So , the given statement is wrong .
