for extra subject in class 11 th and 12th is one is a good choice with reason (biology/physical education/hindi).

physical education as if you are involved in it you will have to do exercise because of which you will be fit .You will get excuse for yourself to do exercise .

physical education will be beneficial as it help in your future generation as how to maintain your by playing games and sports and for other purpose also like how to maintain your self healthy . and how to over disease and also problem related to adolesence .

but bio is beneficial by it you can you and understand your body and also about plants and animals .

i am not able choose any option as i have opted for both the subjects .

it will be as per your interest.
