For giving rise to a valid contract,there must be the consensus ad-idem among the contracting parties.explain this statement

consensus ad idem means both the parties should think alike.. that is "identity of minds" ...for example if u enter the contract for purchase of oil then both the parties of the contract should think alike I mean for eg.ground nut oil.... if one thinks oil as sunflower oil and other one thinks oil as ground nut oil then it will not be valid contract
