find the si first then find the ci and then substact them and u would get the answer

for SI
P=8000
R=5%
T=3
SI=PxRxT/100
8000x5x3/100
=1200
for CI
P=8000
R=5%
T=3
CI=A-P=8000(1+5/100)³
CI=1261
Amount gained in CI
CI-SI =1261-1200
=61
