"For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice, Turning again toward childish treble," explain
Answers
He is playing as the old man,"shrunk shank" means his thighs or legs has shrunk and has wrinkles. "His big manly voice turning again toward childish treble" well that's litteral so it means his manly voice became a childish high pitched voice but trembling.

'All the world's a stage,' says "the melancholy Jaques" in Act II Scene VII of William Shakespeare's play As You Like It.
Jacques, the speaker, begins "All the World's a Stage" by claiming that life is like a stage on which "men and women merely" play roles. They take on various roles throughout their lives, as the speaker is doing now. The speaker spends the majority of this monologue going through the seven ages of man. One begins in infancy, progresses through childhood, and enters the best part of their life as a lover, soldier, and judge. They eventually lose control of their senses and are unable to care for themselves.
Lines 19-28
"And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything."
Explanation of these Lines 19-28,
In the sixth stage of man's life, he transitions into "pantaloons," or comfortable clothing worn by old men. His youthful clothes are too big for him because he's lost weight as he's gotten older. He's also lost his deep tone of voice. It reverted to something more akin to what he had in one of his earlier stages of life.
A man's final stage of life is his "second childishness and mere oblivion." This is the point at which he loses control of everything that has made him an adult. He is now helpless and dependent on others, just as he was as a child. He is "sans," which means "without," taste, eyes, and teeth.
The final image depicts a man who is missing "everything." His life, with all of its intricate memories and details, is gone.
