For how long you can avoid yourself from talking to a person bcoz of his angry behaviour, to whom you wanted to talk to him earlier(bcoz it was him only who can solve your problem via talking)??​

I can avoid it atleast One or two days after that I cannot.

I just control my temper but when it's over I lost my temper

but mate I'm not getting about whom are u talking

I can avoid the person for three days and sometimes with whom I'm angry they only start their talks with me
