can be written as

3²×7²×11²×13

(powers are same bases are multiplied)

(3×7×11)²×13 = 693693

(231)²×13= 693693

on dividing both side by 13 we will get a perfect square (I.e 231²)

therefore 13 is the smallest number by which given number should divide to get a perfect square.
