for meter bridge what will be the effect of null point
1.meterbridge wire is replaced by another wire having radius half of that of the first one
2.resistance of rheostat is increased?
3.if a resistance X is connected in series with S

2. When you increase the resistance of the rheostat, it will decrease the current in the circuit and will cause more voltage to be dropped across itself. Therefore, the voltmeter reading (across the rheostat) will go up but the ammeter reading will decrease.
