for potato osmoscope, can we use sweet potato instead of potato? Will there be difference? why?​

If the chef puts his potato slices in a container filled with salt water, the concentration of water inside of the potato cells will be greater than the concentration of the salt water outside of the cell. The water will move down the concentration gradient and out of the cells, leaving the potato slices limp.
