Answer:

A.T.Q

length = 10m

breadth = 6 m

depth = 3m

so,we can do analysis that tank is rectangular.

Volume of rectangular tank= length x breadth x depth

= 10 x 6 x 3

= 180 meter cube.

Capacity: Normally capacity of tank is calculated in lites.

as we know 1 meter cube = 1000 ltr

so 180 meter cube = 180* 1000 liters

Capacity= 180000 ltr

hope this may help u✌✌

Answer:

  • Tank can hold 180000 liters of water.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

  • Length of tank = 10 m
  • Breadth of tank = 6 m
  • Height of tank = 3 m

To Find:

  • How many liters of water can tank hold?

For finding how many liters of water can tank hold we have to find volume of tank,

⇒ Volume of tank = length × breath × height

⇒ Volume of tank = 10 × 6 × 3

⇒ Volume of tank = 180 m³

Now, we have to convert 180 m³ in liters,

We know that,

⇒ 1 m³ = 1000 liters

So, 180 m³ = 180 × 1000

⇒ 180000 liters.

Hence, Tank can hold 180000 liters of water.
