we should undergo some basic hygiene measures to avoid the spread of communicable diseases the diseases are spread via vectors like mosquito ,flies and others so it is necessary to make ourself and our environment hygiene and clean which provide unfavorable conditions fr breeding..and we alrdy know that a normal persons cough could travel for 100m so we should use napkins while sneezing and coughing ..I think the message could be useful for u all the best
