For reducing the number of death caused but to communicable diseases obiously the priority should be to improve the sanitation and hygiene. At which level whether personal or public fo you think we need to be more hygenic?

actually both are important because personal hygiene is the first step.first you should keep your body disease resistant and healthy avoiding unhygienic activities and you should have to keep your surroundings too.as we know that many diseases are spreading nowadays.. you should bee really vigilant and keep your surroundings clean some steps are:-
*avoid water logging
*don't throw waste near surroundings
*avoid disease spreading organisms to reproduce
