We know, Total no. of Participants = 90 (given)

Total no. of rows = is a perfect square = perfect square number which is divisible by 90(no. of participants) = 3^{2} = 9 ( 3^{2} = 9 is the only perfect square number which is divisible by 90)

∴ Number of chairs needge in each row =  Total no. of participants/Total no.

                                                                        rows

                                                                    = 90/9

                                                                    = 10

Hence, 10 is the number of chair needed in each row.
