For the arrangement of capacitors as shown in the circuit, the effective capacitance between
the points A and B is (capacitance of each capacitor is 4*10-6 F)

4 uF .. if you rearrange it, then it is a Whitestone bridge between A and B . And every capacitance is 4 so ans. also will be 4.
